CustomerGood afternoon, I hit something this morning and damaged the front left wing.
NovaSorry to hear that. I am passing this straight to the workshop; a colleague will reply shortly.

What you see

Four things, and nothing more.

Not a reporting suite full of charts nobody opens. The screen answers four questions you genuinely have on a working day.

01 — CONVERSATIONS

What was said?

Every WhatsApp conversation with the full message history, in the language the customer wrote in. Open, closed or gone quiet.

02 — HANDOVER

Can I step in?

One button and Nova goes quiet. What you type reaches the customer from the same workshop number. Handing back is just as easy.

03 — CALENDAR

What has she booked?

The appointments Nova made, day by day. Your own calendar stays in charge — this is what has been added to it.

04 — ESCALATIONS

Where was she unsure?

Every time Nova stepped aside, with the reason attached. Damage, a complaint, something beyond her scope. That is your to-do list.

The 24-hour window

Why there is a clock beside every conversation.

WhatsApp only lets a business reply freely within 24 hours of the customer's last message. After that, only a pre-approved message is allowed. That is not our choice; it is Meta's rule.

So every conversation shows how much time is left. If the window is about to close, you see that before you start writing — instead of finding out when the message fails to arrive.

Inside the window

  • You and Nova simply reply
  • Photos, voice notes and documents all work
  • The customer sees one continuous conversation

Outside the window

  • Only a pre-approved message can reopen the conversation
  • Nova waits until the customer writes again
  • Urgent alerts to the workshop go out by SMS

See it for yourself

The screen explains itself in five minutes.

In the demo we walk through a real conversation: intake, booking, escalation and handover. After that you know whether it fits the way you work.
